After weeks of having difficulties breastfeeding my baby, someone recommended to have her checked for a lip or tongue tie. I called Dr Bieneman's office and was able to get an appointment within a few days. Turned out she had both a lip and a tongue tie that we were able to release. The improvement in her ability to nurse has been remarkable, and as a result she is finally gaining weight and is a much happier baby overall! Paid upfront for my newborn son and it took them 6 weeks to refund (only part) of the money. Working with my insurance to get it fixed. The management was rude and unhelpful. Reported to BBB for shady practices.
