Poor customer service over the phones. As someone who works phones for work myself, it makes a big difference on how the company is viewed with how you are treated over phone. I was disappointed with how I felt their annoyance with me when I was trying to understand in an intentionally kind way why they couldn’t give rough estimated quotes for some of their general treatments. Paid upfront for my newborn son and it took them 6 weeks to refund (only part) of the money. Working with my insurance to get it fixed. The management was rude and unhelpful. Reported to BBB for shady practices.
