My only complaint are the mouth pieces to take x-rays. Seems like there has to be more comfortable options these days! Other than that, the staff and service was great. I would probably not return if I found that the standard cleaning price for regular patients is lower elsewhere, which I have a feeling may be the case.

After weeks of having difficulties breastfeeding my baby, someone recommended to have her checked for a lip or tongue tie. I called Dr Bieneman's office and was able to get an appointment within a few days. Turned out she had both a lip and a tongue tie that we were able to release. The improvement in her ability to nurse has been remarkable, and as a result she is finally gaining weight and is a much happier baby overall! You went far beyond the norm to accommodate my needs on a very fast time table.
You worked me in although I had no appointment and spent a good amount of time on my situation, fitting the denture I brought in, which was very satisfying. I am truly grateful.
On time with appointment, friendly, and can work with my insurance and tell me exactly where I'm at.
