Excellent customer service
Getting back to me right away to make an appointment. While waiting at the office for the appointment, invited to help ourselves to coffee or water. Dr. Munse took an interest in hearing all details of the injury and not just rush through. Gave us a thorough explanation of the injury and what steps to take for healing. Staff were cordial and very easy to interact with.
This is a great practice. The staff is very professional. I greatly appreciate Dr Brassfield’s care concern and compassion when treating me. I’m happy I found them. I highly recommend!
