Very friendly staff and empathetic and knowledgeable professionals.
These people will use trust against you in a big way. They are about making $$$ and not about integrity. The first thing they wanted to do was get me into $2800 of debt by getting me to sign some papers. Bad thing to do. They use a third party billing so they can blame creative accounting on someone else. They strung me along by saying they would "get to" the helpful part of the treatment after a few weeks. Rip off is an understatement. they promised great results, but didn't deliver at all. Put my daughter on a 12 week PLAN!! Plan was to extract $3700 from my wallet, charge my insurance company on top of that and then didn't provide the contracted and paid for services. No mid plan update, no mid plan xrays, no final update, no final Xrays to show all the great benefits of the Plan.
