I waited and waited for my telehealth appointment only for them to cancel it without reaching out to me first because I'm "too medically complex" and tried to reassign me to a male provider when I only wanted female providers. It was incredibly disheartening to try to connect to my appointment 5 minutes before appointment time, only to be greeted with a "appointment canceled" screen. I do NOT recommend these people if youre needing help. Here I am months later still struggling no thanks to them.
I highly recommend Dr. Jason de Luisa. From the very first appointment, he made me feel truly heard and seen. He takes the time to listen, shows genuine compassion, and provides excellent care. I always feel supported and respected, and his thoughtful approach has made a significant difference in my day to day. I'm very grateful for the care and guidance he provides.
Jason de Luisa is wonderful at his job. He responds quickly to all of my questions and is flexible with appointment hours online. I highly recommend him!
I was nervous at first about starting care, but after working with him, I don’t feel that way anymore. He’s been easy to talk to, understanding, and helped me feel comfortable through the process. One thing I really appreciated was when I had a prescription-related issue, he took extra time out of his own schedule to help me get it resolved.
