This Medical Pain Management Boomerang Health Has Changed Me So Much for The Better ! I look Forward to My Appointments. I travel 27 Miles to Come Here .
I'm giving the prescription dept a big fat 0. MY presc. Was sent but the pharmacy ran it 2 xs and made it no good. So I called the pharmacy dept of boomerang and they did nothing for the 6+hours they had to send it to a pharmacy that had my meds on stock because I had to change my Patch at midnight. So they lied to me for all that time. I call my dr. Personal phone and got my presc filled within 20 mins. I give the presc dept. A 0 and the rest of the company a 10. Been with them since 1998.
My husband is so exasperated, Their phone support is awful. Not nice and not helpful. They need to fix this

WHICH WE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND BECAUSE MY WIFE WAS THE ONE IN PAIN... MY WIFE IS SUFFERING FROM SECONDARY PROGRESSIVE MULTIPLE SCOROCES... AND SHE OFFERED HER ZOLOFT... HOW IS SHE A DOCTOR... MY WIFE IS STILL IN PAIN AND STILL SUFFERING... I DEFINITELY WOULDN'T REFER ANYONE THERE...
