Customer service is terrible. Angela and Claudia were particularly unhelpful.
In my opinion, Workers Comp had Dr. Douglas Grant in their back pocket . Due to how Boomerang handled my injuries, I don't feel their aim is to help you back to wellness. Remember for everyone that's well is a loss of revenue.
They have had me in there 3 x And just talked! I thought I was going for a back injection. No one told me it was at a surgery center. My 3 visits were a waste of time. They just like to talk I guess and bill my insurance. It's bs. Unfortunately they are the only ones around. The front end needs to talk to the back end to see exactly what's up. I made an appointment for back injections. If they looked at what I requested, they could have just canceled the appointment. This place is a mess.
Much better when they were integrated pain management, but overall a great place to manage your pain. The doctors and assistants are very kind and professional. But the phone center is a different story, they need to go back to letting patients call the office instead of a phone center in a different country. I have had nothing but issues since they routed calls away from the office.
