You could improve by following the plan that you describe and have the patient pay for, I was told I would get 2 shots on both sides of my spine, I paid $6000.00 and they only did half. This was mentioned to them after the shot was given, I was told that the doctor probably changed what they wanted to do. When I came back and didn't have any results they wanted to give me another shot but would not refund me for the one I didn't get at my first visit.
They were very nice and polite, but we did not get the treatment we paid for. We were told we would get two injections, one on each side of the Lumbar spine. We got one injection on one side of the spine and the lady that did the injection did not use sterile technique. When I asked about it they just said the doctor had changed the plan. We asked for a refund for one of the shots, but were told they would not refund the money but would give another shot. So now we owe $6000.00 for one shot and no difference in pain.

I really appreciate their personalized and team approach. I am always greeted, responded to in a timely fashion, and encouraged in my healing process. I appreciate the state-of-the-art equipment, technology, medical professionalism, and one-on-one meetings to track my progress. Integrated Medical is the best facility in Northwest Arkansas. I have hope now, instead of pain and immobility.
I'm in love with stem cell and PRP therapy. Major improvement on my right knee. VIRTUALLY NO PAIN NOW! The staff at Integrated Medical is top notch, facility Is very inviting. I've recommended IM to many friends this past year. THANKS!
They are so nice! Every time I come I’m always welcomed by name and always asked how I am doing. They always make it personal and makes me feel comfortable when I have to come. They have the best treatment plans too! They always go above and beyond to make sure I’m going to get better as soon as I can!
Integrated medical has been a blessing! Went in for a disc issue and they have made me feel so hopefully fo heal and comfortable about the process to get there. The staff is friendly and awesome!!!
