Ann is great! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and listens to what you need. I highly recommend her. I had my first appointment back in February for Plantar Fasciitis. I have concurred that problem but return now at least once a month for old age aches and pains. I walk out after each massage feeling great!
Jen Trenery is the best massage therapist I’ve seen! So knowledgeable, friendly, and has helped me with my pain. I got rear ended in a car wreck & am so glad I decided to seek treatment here!!

I have been a client of Integrated Massage and Wellness Spa for 10 years. I highly recommend Mindy and the other massage therapists that work there. I always feel so much better after. Gone is the stiffness and aching muscles. I especially like the attention my sore neck muscles get. I give this company 2 thumbs up. Mindy ROCKS!
Jen was fantastic. It was an awesome experience as it was my first full body massage in the United States. Definitely will be going back. All the staff we friendly and helpful. My only downside is the hours of operation are difficult for someone that works.
