Joe Wagner is, in my opinion, an unscrupulous person. As I was getting ready to deploy, we were moving out of a property managed by Joe. He called us and asked us to move out a week before we had been planning on leaving so that he could get another renter in immediately. We complied. His response has been to still charge us for rent for the days after we left at his request. Our opinion is that he is both dishonest and negligent in his dealings.
