Good people very helpful
Needed to get some nerve issues looked at to get ready for a two week tour (im a drummer) and Dr. Grundman got me in fabulous shape for it. Highly recommended for needlework and adjustments.
Started care with Dr. Goodwin for upper back pain and discomfort the office experience was great very clean office she started off by telling me about the business and all that is offered outside the chiropractor and acupuncture/ dry needling they offer cryotherapy , norma tec for the arms, hips and legs, ultra red sauna, and flotation therapy. I went to Integrated Health Solutions for shoulder pain and had a great experience. Charbel took care of me and did an amazing job — he not only treated the pain during my visits but also showed me exercises to help prevent it from coming back. Highly recommend!
I came to IHS because I was struggling with lower back pain. It had gotten so bad that I purchased a new mattress in the hopes that it would subside, but it did not. I couldn't sleep and woke up every morning with a lot of pain and tension in my lower back. I thought I was doing everything right. I lifted weights regularly, walked and rode my bike often, ate pretty well and did a decent amount of stretching. I was at my wits end.
