I went to Integrated Health Solutions for shoulder pain and had a great experience. Charbel took care of me and did an amazing job — he not only treated the pain during my visits but also showed me exercises to help prevent it from coming back. Highly recommend!
I came to IHS because I was struggling with lower back pain. It had gotten so bad that I purchased a new mattress in the hopes that it would subside, but it did not. I couldn't sleep and woke up every morning with a lot of pain and tension in my lower back. I thought I was doing everything right. I started going to IHS for a lower lumbar disc issue/sciatica. I had tried regular physical therapy for it with little progress prior to that. I started seeing Dr. Grundman, who performed dry needling services, chiropractic adjustments, and did PT exercises with me. He is a very nice and helpful person, and really helped soothed any nerves I had about trying dry needling for the first time!
