I’m incredibly disappointed with Integrated Behavioral Health. It is deeply upsetting that I’m not allowed to switch providers within the practice, despite feeling unheard and dismissed by Dr. Hadley. Mental health is not something to take lightly, yet Dr. Hadley’s approach has made me feel like just another number for someone to check off a list rather than a person in need of care. What’s worse, I can’t shake the feeling that I’m being kept around not for my well-being, but as some kind of financial kickback to her practic... read more
This practice was genuinely a good practice…. 4 years ago. Dr. Hadley and her staff do not return calls unless you call multiple times. The staff is rude. If you express concerns you are brushed off and told it’s not their fault. After contacting multiple days due to wanting to come off of medications I was treated rudely and again brushed off. I recently visited Dr. Hadley’s office seeking help for my daughter, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. When someone takes the difficult step of asking for help, they should be met with understanding and support, not dismissal or judgment. I left feeling unheard and belittled, which is not what one expects from a medical professional. Their policies are draconian and decidedly anti-patient. They will cancel your appointment if you are 5 minutes late. Same day cancellations and rescheduling are a $50 fee.
The billing department loves quoting you less money than the actual cost. My first appointment they told me it would be $20. I got there and they said $40. Second time i called on Monday and specifically asked how much it would cost me out of pocket and they told me $40.82. I got to my appointment Thursday and they said it will be $136. The doctor was kind during my first appointment but their billing department is horrible. If money doesn’t matter then they are great. But if it does you better not go to IBH.
