Dr. Boyt is great, he takes the time to listen and always provides me with great care. The front office staff is another story. I called to reschedule my appt from Thursday to Friday. I woke up sick on Friday morning and had to reschedule my appointment again (I don’t want to get anyone else sick). I understand that there’s a $50 fee, but a little grace would be nice. Providers are great, but god forbid you need to cancel an appointment HOURS BEFORE SAID APPOINTMENT, AND THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONES TO CANCEL. Recently popped with a $50 bill for a no/ call no show, when my last appointment was in 2024, and said appointment I missed was in February of 2025. I know I called the office not only the day prior, but the morning or to inform them I wouldn't be able to get off work on time to make it to the appointment. Great people
Horrible. I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks for a return phone call from Dr. Matthew’s Nurse. I’ve been calling and leaving messages, but haven't received a response. No need for a long post 1/1000. Luckily, I was able to find another place and explained my Mental State and have an upcoming appointment. You people shouldn’t take patients' mental health lightly, shame on you.
For the past 2 years I have been a patient of Dr. Hadley's. She is understanding, straightforward, and willing to listen to your every need all the while letting you vent. I would highly recommend her any day. As far as the nurses go, Sonya is incredible! She brings a great sense of humor to the team, which is refreshing. Anytime you ever need anything related to anyone in the building pertaining to your prescriptions, cancellations, etc., she is your go-to woman.
