I had an appointment with a Psychologist and left an important meeting for it and the Psychologist never called! After I sent a message to the company, a staff member called and said that there was a glitch in the system! My feeling is that there could be other glitches that may happen such as no longer having a psychologist, but a social worker! I prefer an independent counselor who manages her own appointments!
I am impressed with the empathy, dedication, and compassion of the Clinicians. When you need help, you want someone that truly cares. I recommend IBC to anyone seeking a great Clinician.
I love the professionalism of the staff. They are amazing and it is obvious to me they really care about the client
