If I could give zero stars I would. I was told by Dr. V to “trust him and only him”, only to be completely traumatized for the next 5 months and to leave with zero answers. I have video proof of being treated terribly here, also waited 2+ hours in the waiting room EVERY visit despite fighting fainting the whole time. I begged for testing on specific illnesses and was dismissed. Dr V sent me on my way with zero help. I’m now diagnosed with 6 chronic conditions, which were ALL brought up to him asking for testing. Whenever I goy to speak to Dr Abinader she was very thorough and responsive. The issue I had was the wait times and also the no shows to virtual appointments. I had to drive 2 hours to this office as in my area I would have had to wait 9 months to see a rheumatologist. So that part is on me. However, every time I went there for an appointment, I had to wait 3 hours to see the doctor. I understand people get behind but there is absolutely no world where that is acceptable. I would like to say when I went to my appointment to see my doctor, Alexis W. got my information. She is respectful and knows her stuff. I'm grateful that she works there. Very helpful.
You better be ready to wait 2, 3, 4 hours before you see the doctor. I am done with these people.
