The wait here is absolutely ridiculous, you sit in the waiting room for an hour then sit in the room you're supposed to be seen in for another hour and change. Nobody says anything to you. Nobody checks in or updates you. It's just ridiculous.
This place is a dump , my mother goes there for 8 hrs a day and the AC keeps breaking, there's no drinking water in the infusion room. This place is making millions off of insurance and the Doctor won't take care of these essential items.
My doctor was wonderful.The office is ran terribly. When I showed up for my appointment theu said O your doctor isn't here. Then on my new appointment there was no one in the waiting room for 20 minutes besides me. A half hour went before I was called,then left alone for 50 minutes without any communication. I walked around and saw a personal on their phone twi passed me without saying anything. The woman who went in before me was thinking of leaving with me. There was one person waiting as I left.
If I could, I would give this place zero stars. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The front desk staff were inattentive, and after waiting over three hours, Dr. Azarel spent most of the consultation distracted by her phone. She never provided any explanation or conclusion—she simply walked out and sent a staff member to tell me I would need to come back another day. Always a two hour wait. There has to be a better process to manage appointments.
