I am a new patient of Dr. Bernard. Let me tell you WOW. I did miss my first appointment. I take care of my father who has dementia, so I always put myself last. Finally made it to my appointment. I was meet by this amazing woman Sarah. Kind and very helpful. I have reached out to her many times. She gets back to me so soon, I am truly amazed. Now I get to meet Dr. Bernard. I absolutely loved my visit at integral primary care practice with FNP Viana Bernard. From the moment I arrived, Pat the receptionist was very welcoming, No wait time. During my visit I never felt rushed or overlooked. Viana has such a compassionate bedside manner, truly takes the time to listen attentively to every concern. With this visit I felt heard, supported and confident in my care. It is rare to find a provider who is both so knowledgeable and genuinely kind. Highly recommend.
Dr. Bernard is always very attentive. I never feel rushed and all of my concerns addressed. Excellent care.
