The staff was friendly during my child's assessment. But when the insurance denied the claim (which I did not expect), they literally didn't have time to deal with me. They don't help with the appeal and leave it to the client to figure out. I was told they can give me copies of their records to do the appeal myself. But after a message and email requesting thre records, not only did I not receive the records, but I never received an acknowledgement to my messages. There super friendly, My daughter was kinda iffy about getting braces but her dentist Brian Lablonde and his assistant Michelle R. made her feel super comfortable. they answer all your questions in a timely manner.
