The ladies here are always so great which helps since I only come here when I'm feeling like poo. Love this office and how quick I'm in and out!
I really like this place. The people are nice. They listen and really care. It's clean and well maintained. I recommend to come here if you get sick.
I've been going to Integra Urgent Care W Ford pretty good while, I had a pinched nerve in my back and they fixed that and I'm very happy about that, one thing I can't understand is if I'm the only one there why is it still taking a long time to be seen????
I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. I've had multiple issues with them. Just to name a couple, 1) Was almost left there until a Nurse opened our room door and said "Oh there's people still here"....REALLY!?!? 2) I call to ask what time they close, they say 5 and to go ahead and come up to get seen...i get there in less than 10min, and before 5 and still get sent away! SERIOUSLY! They are the only urgent care that takes my kids Medicaid after hours besides the e.r. SOLO irritated with this company!!!
