Terrible service. Walter Jenkins did a basic land appraisal for me for a charitable donation. He delivered the work 2 weeks late, and it was wrong, by 40%, costing the charity $16,000 in federal income taxes. I tried for months to get him to correct the appraisal, and he refused to return my phone calls, or my real estate agent's phone calls, instead sending catty emails to us from his cell phone.
