RecommendedI moved into Integra Landings in October 2017, from Orlando, where I had to move 4 times, due to drug and gang activity! I have always felt safe and welcomed here by Carla, Jenna, Sally, and the entire staff and maintenance crew! I strongly encourage anyone looking fir a great place to live, located in a great area and just minutes from restaurants and good places to hang out and unwind !
i love it here very homey place to live. neighbors are good and quite. only thing i dont like is the parking we meed assign parking. vistors. dont park in the visting section. so please can you put numbers on the parking. spots have groceries and have to walk when i only live a few steps to my appartment .the staff here is so friendly

I have lived here for five months and love it! The office and maintenance staff are friendly. I enjoy the pool and the workout room and really like the layout of my apartment.

This place is horrendous. The amenities are only open when people are at work aside from on Saturday for a few hours. The front gate is almost always broken so the security of a gated community doesn't exist. The trash compacter, of which there is only one for the entire complex, is broken constantly so there is a standing pile of trash. Which attracts all kinds of scavengers. I've also reported weekly for months now that the walkway and stairs are covered in all kinds of disgusting residue including but not limited to vomit... read more

When I get to my apartment and close the door, I love it. I love my home and my view. The landscaping is beautiful and kept up well. The office staff is, for the most part, friendly and professional, although I have found them to be deceptive on occasion. My main complaint is the total lack of care put forth to the buildings and breeze ways themselves. They need to be power washed regularly. These people are the most dishonest I have ever encountered. I signed a lease with another company that did nothing but lie and the trash was all over the area for months. I moved in and paid a $300 pet fee and my cat got out and rather than called me the front office has the city pick her up and she was killed. I gave notice to move out and left early. Now the new company is trying to extort more money out of me. I have repeatedly requested things and told I would get them...and never did. Luxury HAH!

I love living here!!! I have only been living here a short time, however, it already feels like HOME!!! It’s my castle! The staff here is always helpful and very courteous! The grounds are immaculate and the pool area very inviting! I am excited about trying out the fire pit! I want to thank Carla for making my move in so easy!
