Our inspector was a veteran of the local contracting industry, he was prompt, thorough and personable. He explained his role and insights clearly and concisely. He took time to answer my questions and listen to my concerns, often explaining the not just the what but a why as well. He was careful to keep the home clean and respectful of the personal items. All of this was completed in a timely manner without feeling rushed.
Chris was professional, courteous, friendly, thorough and everything you’d want in an inspector. I’d hire him again, no question.
