Hugo is the best! We started using Intech 4 years ago, and have consistently had our home sprayed for pests. Hugo is friendly, reliable, responsive, and just a pleasure to work with. We moved homes a couple of years ago and brought Hugo with us! Such a delight working with this professional and affordable company. Highly recommend!!
My condo had roach infestation, he came in sprayed his treatment around the property and within a couple days all I saw were dead roaches. He came again 3 weeks later and did on more round and said the infestation has collapsed.
Entech Pest Control bought Guaranteed Pest Control. I expected the same level of Professionalism. The technicians stayed the same and are very diligent especially Auggie. However, apparently the "guaranteed" part is NOT the same. The Manager and owner do not call or show up when they say they will. Yet, I have been paying full price for the past 2 years and still have a serious problem. ISO a Pest control service who will answer the phone, call back when they say they will, and show up when promised.
Always my go-to for all pest needs. Hugo is so friendly, timely, knowledgeable, patient to explain, professional and accommodating. He knows his stuff. Thank you for everything!
