Entech Pest Control bought Guaranteed Pest Control. I expected the same level of Professionalism. The technicians stayed the same and are very diligent especially Auggie. However, apparently the "guaranteed" part is NOT the same. The Manager and owner do not call or show up when they say they will. Yet, I have been paying full price for the past 2 years and still have a serious problem. ISO a Pest control service who will answer the phone, call back when they say they will, and show up when promised.
Always my go-to for all pest needs. Hugo is so friendly, timely, knowledgeable, patient to explain, professional and accommodating. He knows his stuff. Thank you for everything!

Had to reschedule the estimate last minute but Hugo was great to communicate with over phone and text.
Wow wow wow is all I can say. We had a VERY VERY bad ant infestation. To the point where I would find them in the cracks of my couch, in my bed, crawling on my face, EVERYWHERE. I tried every home diy there was and nothing fixed the problem. I called Hugo and he came one day later and sprayed the outside of our home and also injected some gel into the cracks in the walls and baseboards. Its been 3 months and I haven't seen ONE ant since.
