The Veteran Services are not ones to follow what they say. My dad is on his fourth case manager. The first three embezzled veterans funds. This last one has decided to yell at my dad and hang up on him. This person has decided to end his case and not help him anymore. My dad don't even make as much as the rent every month. So therefore he will be homeless again. This is not right.
This organization provides a variety of services to different organizations and individuals. Their core services are related to credentialing and enrollment of providers with Medicaid, Medicare and commercial insurance. They have a good contacts and their enrollment specialist have significant industry knowledge. They try to solve issues that the practices they serve may encounter. InteCare could become a true added value component to the service delivery cycle.
