It feels so good to be heard without being judged, and to be guided toward new points of reflection. Psychology has been helping me look at my fears, worries, and insecurities with more lightness and less pressure on myself. I chose Joseph because he speaks Portuguese, my native language as well as English, and I needed in-person sessions here in Utah. I’m very grateful for his care. I highly recommend him.
I’ve worked with Dennis over the past ~3 years and he has been beyond amazing. The night and day difference in my mental health since starting is hard to articulate with words. I've been working with Dennis for 3 and a half years. Before seeing Dennis, I'd been to various other therapists for the past 5 years. These ranged from university grad students to other Licensed Clinical Social Workers to family therapists. Dennis is, far and away, the best mental health professional I've worked with. Joseph is the most amazing therapist I’ve worked with. He is so kind, understanding, helpful, and truly cares for his patients. I feel like I’ve grown so much since I started therapy and he’s really helped me build my confidence.
