I booked an appointment with jazzy for today. Sent my deposit and everything. 30 minutes before my appt, I get a text that she won’t be on time and maybe I can reschedule and sent my deposit back. Mind you I am 9 months pregnant and it took me forever just to even get out of bed and get ready just for this to happen. Do not recommend very unprofessional and I will not be booking again.
This is such a convenient spot if you want to get your nails and lashes done in one place. I love having so many services to choose from without having to go to multiple places. The location in Rock Springs Plaza is easy to find, too. Great experience overall and I’m happy I found this salon!
The salon was welcoming, the service was great, and I really liked how many options they have. They offer everything from acrylic and Gel-X to dip powder, gel manicures, pedicures, and nail art. It’s also super convenient that they’re right next to Panera Bread in Rock Springs Plaza. Definitely a place I’d come back to!
My biggest issue with acrylic is that a lot of places leave it bulky, like little shovels on the end of my fingers. I went to InStyle Nails & Lashes on W Lake Mead for a fill and told the tech I wanted them kept thin and natural. She filed them down properly and the apex sat where it should, so they're strong but still look like my own nails instead of a thick set.
