I recently saw Dr. Ward and was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Ward. Also, the frond desk was welcoming really great, too.
Had appointment with Dr Ward. Great service. He listened, talked plainly and did not seem in a hurry to get me out of there like many medical visits are. Gave me a simple solution to my problem and I was on my way. Little waiting time and efficient check in and check out.
It was very easy to get an appointment. All of the staff were welcoming. Dr. Ward explained my problem and the solution and shared helpful tips to improve my foot health.
Dr Ward is very good & his assistant was very professional. However, they had serious scheduling problems because I had to wait 1 1/2 hrs before being called back to see the Doctor. Dr Ward told me he would address that problem with higher ups this week. I hope they get it figured out.
