Do not come here! They let me stand around at the reception for 20 minutes while the lady took calls until eventually another patient instructed me to go upstairs. They need me to provide info on who my appointment was with which they never had told me. After repeatedly asking for a confirmation email they never sent it. The previous reviews make sense as this place is dirty, unprofessional, and down right bad at efficiency. This is one of the worst clinics I’ve ever dealt with. First, they rarely pick up the calls, and even when they do, they immediately place you on hold. I was kept waiting for more than 7 minutes with no response at all. It honestly feels like you could stay on hold the whole day and still not get attended to. What disappointed me even more was the staff’s attitude — there was no apology or concern for the inconvenience. The receptionist sreeja was very welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. She handled patient flow efficiently, was polite in answering questions, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. Her friendly attitude and patience made the overall experience much more comfortable, especially during a busy time at the clinic. Would give 0 if I could. This is the worst clinic and care I’ve seen. The management really needs to start caring about patients first. There is no where to even stand in the clinic to wait. So we’re spilling out the door. I came in with my elderly father, Horrible scheduling, it really seems like they are trying to cram as much patients in to make the most amount of money they can whole compromising quality patient care.
