One of the worst doctor that I have been visiting is Tharsan Sivakumar. I think AI would be much better then this doctor. He does not even speak to you for 10 seconds and says we will work and the the assistant takes you to the side says take these medications. They never sent the prescription to pharmacy. When I called pharmacy they say call doctor. When I call the clinic was on hold for 10 mins and then they say will inform assistant to fax details to your pharmacy. The receptionist at this clinic very rude, uneducated and unprofessional. There names are Alina and Sabina. They never pick up the phone calls. I had to leave 10 messages on order for them to call back. They are at the office because their number displayed when I call. I even called and left a complain on the recording regarding these two receptionist. I'm pretty sure they probably erased. I can see so many bad reviews already. I will never go to this clinic.These two should be fired asap.
