I’ve been waiting for important paperwork to be completed since 8:12 yesterday morning after reaching out to my pnp last Thursday. I am without important medication and I’m suffering immensely. If I end up in the hospital I am letting my health insurance company know that the extra bill could have been prevented if the paperwork was done. Denied primary care and help for depression due to a medication i am on from another specialist. A widow with chronic disability, cant get any lower than that
Recommendedthe best doctors and staff .
I had to wait in the waiting room for over an hr. The nurse was very rude. She asked me if I'm pregnant. Which I am not. Then decided to tell me that I look pregnant and had referred to my stomach. I had ended up asking for a new nurse. Then it took another hr for me to get the finger stick I needed. The Dr and nurses don't communicate to each other. The worst experience I have ever had at a Drs. I will not be going back there ever. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.
This was my first visit and due to change in insurance with my job I was assigned a PCP here. I have been sick since Friday and nothing OTC was working so before walking in I called to let them know I was a new patient and asked if I could walk in and I was told yes. I arrive and the woman at the front asked me to complete the first 4 pages of paperwork (which is common) I complete it and hand it in. The doctor is wonderful that I am seeing here. However the receptionists NEED to get fired immediately. For months they do not pass on messages to my doctor from myself, regarding medications. They also told me that my doctor is not allowed to call me back. So I am not allowed to correspond with my doctor? That’s odd because I have many times in the past. Also they keep losing my information regarding signed permission to speak with my fiance on my behalf when I am not able to. They hang up and are very rude on the phone. Ha... read more
