The average wait time to speak with someone, just to cancel an appt is an hour..... no kidding. The woman on the phone was nice. But the system is dysfunctional.

I have spent 2 hours today trying to make an appointment. Online My Chart App only allows you to make virtual appointments with doctors you have already seen, I would like an in person appointment. I waited on hold the first timebfor 35 minutes. Shondel picked up. I had placed my phone on speaker so I ran over to pick it up. He said Hello Twice and when I didnt amswer immediately hung up. FIVE STARS FOR ALLOWING MY CHILD TO SIT IN.When i went two years ago, the place is clean. The staff was friendly. I had to bring my child. They was nice enough to allow her to sit inside with me while the dentist did what she needed to do. So five stars for that. One star for trying to make an appointment. I called the 212 423 4500 # ..i was in position 2 for 1 hr 41 mins and change..then I became caller freakn ONE.. i was #1 for 2 hrs and change. In total I was on hold for 4 hrs 59 mins 19 seconds. Atrocious care. Absolutely terrible.
The dental office here is terrible. They are triple booking patients and the wait is outrageous! An hour and 1/2 later and still waiting. Been here two days in a row and still waiting to have my boyfriends tooth fixed bc we don’t have the time to sit here all day.

RecommendedI have been so impressed with the quality of doctors here, especially my Dr. Ursitti. Whenever I have the need for an emergency visit, doctor substitutes have been great. Dr. Rubin is also the best. Nice to have a local center where most all needs can be met.
