I have spent 2 hours today trying to make an appointment. Online My Chart App only allows you to make virtual appointments with doctors you have already seen, I would like an in person appointment. I waited on hold the first timebfor 35 minutes. Shondel picked up. I had placed my phone on speaker so I ran over to pick it up. He said Hello Twice and when I didnt amswer immediately hung up. I've been taking my mother in law there for over 10 years. We have filled out the HIPPA permission form several times over the years. Call the office at 8:45 AM today they return the phone call at 2:10 PM. Will not speak with me because they do not have me down as and authorized person. PRN wants me to show burden of proof that I'm on her app or over the telephone am I supposed to drive there bring the form that I filled out at their office and left with them. Been going there for a few years now and have only good things to say. Not much of a wait, everyone is friendly. The doctors all have been very thorough and they always call back.
They are the best doctor's office that I have ever been too!! I love my doctor and the staff
I went to my neurology dr! She is great its in there building but not their dr i see!
