I was very active, suffered an injury to my hip flexors which took me out of my normal activities. Andrea B has been a wealth of information providing helpful & productive exercises.
I was very pleased with the program and staff. I was living with painful shoulder impingement for about a year and I noticed immediate results, It's been about 8 months since I stopped physical therapy and my shoulder is fully healed and pain-free. Very professional and friendly staff. Would recommend to a friend.
