On Sunday December 9th I had a 12pm appointment. I had my hisband drop me off 1155a, They did not get there until 12;25p. This day it was cold. When O addressed it with them, the first response was "It was her fault, I was waiting in the back too". as if she didn't work there. So I said do I get any discount or anything for the inconvenience, they said nope and shrugged there shoulders!!! REALLY!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. PRIOR TO THAT, I WAS WITH A NAIL TECH AND SHE STEPPED AWAY TO ANSWER HER PHONE THREE TIMES. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

First time there as well as getting my nails done Annie was so nice and I love my nails by her!!
I came in to get a haircut done by Sabrina, and she did a wonderful job! She gave me the results i was looking for and she made me feel beautiful. I definitely recommend coming to see her :)
