Knowledgeable, professional and effective. Appointments were always kept, they arrived on time and always explained what they were doing and what we should expect. Treatment has been effective and we are extremely satisfied with their services.

BBA did an amazing job on our initial heat treatment and every spray so far after. They are very professional and always answer any questions we have. They are discreet and understanding to this being a situation that no one wants to be in. We have used ******* from the beginning and trust him in our home. We have had no issues at all since our heat treatment.
***** has been to my house a couple times to do preventative treatments. ******************* and thorough. Everyone from this company that has been to my house, from the initial heat treatment to the quarterly preventative treatments over the last year and a half has been extremely professional in their work and always ready to answer any questions I may have. Home has been bug free since their initial treatment.
Their service does NOT work. Still fighting the bugs satisfactionless for over 6 months.
This was the worst waste of time and money I have ever come across. They guarantee one day eradication which is the furthest thing from the truth. They charge too much money for a service that they know does not work. They say theyll keep coming out. The information they are giving in order to attract and maintain consumers goes against the Consumer Protection Act, which protects us from misleading, false information, or intentionally withholding information to get business. BBA was amazing. We had 3 other companies out who told us we did not have a bed bug issue but my daughter kept getting bites. We finally hired BBA and used their canine inspection which did show bed bugs. We heat treated our home and after having had 5 weeks of bites she never had another one. Everyone was professional and thorough. While the price is high I would 100% do it again and recommend them to anyone who is having an issue. You cant put a price on peace of mind!
