Had ongoing issue with a couch and recliner and loft. **** came out three times. steam treatment / spray follow-up.I still have bed bugs in my loft.During the three return visits to my property no thorough examination was completed. A thorough examination of the entire loft should have taken place, including looking in the cracks of the plank flooring and spraying not just a mattress but the entire room.
