Had a new radio put in and now I can’t hear my turn signals - you know the clicking sound when you have them on - called them and they said we need some kind of other wiring harness that’s another 160$ - we were never told anything about this before the installation—- the want more money and won’t budge— very misleading - we will never recommend this place to anyone!!!
My friend bought me a remote start for Christmas and set up an appointment for me. I called to confirm and asked to change the appointment from a drop off to wait for the car. They were highly accommodating and, in fact, completed my service very quickly. After they installed the device, one of the techs spent time with me insuring that I understood how it operated as I have a manual transmission and there are a few extra steps needed. I found my overall experience to be fantastic.
15 mins in and out and my remote starter installed, very friendly staff. would definitely recommend them for anything. i'm coming back for running boards next week
Don’t trust any quote!! Been here 2 times now for work once for air bags in a 2500 a few years back paid in full upfront was told at end it needed more parts for around $80 even though the guy that sold me parts looked at the truck... more recently purchased a remote start and deck for the same 2500 paid in full again and yet again needed extra parts in the end this time for $99 when quoting and having someone pay upfront wouldn’t you want to make sure you charged for everything they need?
