IU could improve by teaching their employees that their paychecks are the result of the customer. Teach them to take ownership when they make mistakes instead of lying. Doing that shakes consumer confidence. I was contemplating giving a second chance, but not enough was being done about my issue. I got an apology from the Store Manager, but not from the employee who lied to me. Pretty messed up.

Arrived with full pockets and an idea . Didn’t have what I was specifically looking for and did not even offer comparable. The question should be what are you looking to accomplish and suggest sales from what you do offer . A disappointing experience and I’m still looking for quality sound

Just wanted to say what an awesome job Brian did with the install of a Fusion Apollo sound system in our boat! Not only was I informed of the progress every step of the way, but when I got my boat back it was spotless!! It was cleaner inside then when I dropped it off! I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend this place to everyone!
My experience was a little frustrating at first based on the shipping difficulties during this covid mess but by the end when it was finished being installed on 6/13/20 i was extremely satisfied. My car sounds absolutely amazing. I purchased 2 12” JL audio subwoofers an amp, bass nob and they installed all the wires and everything. Jon Jackson was a huge help in making the whole process go smoothly. Highly recommend if you are looking for a sound system in your vehicle!

On 3/16/20 I took my vehicle with only 580 miles on it to have a stereo installed. I had ordered JL Audio stealth box with 2 12's in it and all door speakers were going to be replaced. During the initial sale, I had made it abundantly clear that I did not want any wire harnesses cut during the install process as this was a brand new vehicle.
