The dentist was great and that's about it. The payment process was completely misleading. I was not told they fell under "non-ppo" once. I called and asked if they took Delta and was told yes so I scheduled the appointment. Even while going over payment, I was shocked at the cost since cleanings and sealants were usually covered and I was reassured they submitted the information correctly instead of being told they were non-ppo. Came here once and had a great experience just haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone to make another appointment. Tried multiple ways to contact them but no luck. Unfortunately going to have to move on and find another dentist.

Called 1 week ago to schedule an appointment for a Thursday (my only day off) and was offered to visit the NRH or Willow Park location. I chose NRH, they even described where the location is and I expressed how convenient it is. The employee (Jackie?) Called me back 1 day before my appointment to confirm the Willow Park locations appointment. Terrible system, unavailable for emergencies, you can't even speak to someone in the office when you call. Can't get my insurance validated with them.

I called to schedule an appointment because I really needed Saturday availability with my hectic work schedule. They got me scheduled right away on a Saturday morning and I was so appreciative. All the staff are so friendly and informative and do great work. I highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs!
