I rarely write reviews but the professionalism of Inspired Floors deserves special mention. We recently had our house built in the Sorrento sub-division in Sienna Plantation, however due to some unforeseen events we decided to replace the upstairs carpet with wood matching our first floor. What great experience! Inspired Floors & Joe Girgis did a PHENOMENAL job! We contacted them after doing much research through Angie's list where they had already received an abundance of praising reviews. Joe came out for a free estimate and emailed us quotes a few days later. Inspired Floors did an awesome job! My wife and I had the best experience with Joe (sales manager) and our installer Pete. We just moved to the area and they were highly recommend by co-workers (including my new boss) so I had to use them. Lol. I just had our living room, dining room and master bedroom redone. Joe was amazing to work with! My wife and I had visited several flooring stores, and Joe gave us the best combination of product (they were the only place that had the style of black laminate we wanted) and price, along with a high level of friendly customer service. After they completed the installation, there was a layer of dust all over the house (perhaps from cutting laminate and/or using concrete to level the floor), and Joe sent out a maid service to clean the house from front to back, top to bottom! My wife and I wanted hardwood flooring in our Missouri City TX home. We went to Efloors, which is now rebranded to Inspired Floors. The owner Joe was manipulative from the beginning. The typical salesman. He should probably sell used cars. He sold us a lemon I can tell you that! My husband and I just moved into our first home and we needed new flooring. The previous owner had all of the carpet cleaned before we moved in, but the carpet was 16 years old and my husband and I wanted laminate wood flooring in our living room and new carpet in our bedroom.
