I wish I read the reviews sooner. I was very happy with my nails the first time although a simple gelx set took 2 hrs because the woman doing them stopped every time she spoke to someone else. Every time ive been back since I’ve been disappointed and I will NOT be returning. When I got home it looked like the older woman who did my nails painted them in the dark. Been here 2-3x too many out of convenience with location, but service isn’t great, receptionist isn’t friendly and prices are too high for the poor quality of work. Salon definitely needs a restructure on their values, cause it just ain’t it.
I get regular pedicures at the same place for many years. Today I decided to try Inspire since that are new to the community. Not one chair had a customer which I found surprising on a Saturday at noon. I was helped right away however there seemed to be an attitude shift when I declined “extras”. When she put my sandals on, she scraped my toe and then attempted to repair it. Sloppy finish to my pedicure. I had high hopes. Guess I’ll be returning to my normal spot
I dropped off my mother-in-law to this nail salon for a simple mani and pedi because it’s conveniently close to home. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience. When she came home, she mentioned they didn’t do a good job, and she had paid an extra $10 for callous removal—something she likely didn’t fully understand because she doesn’t speak English. This place is nice and clean. The receptionist was very friendly and offered me cold water. The one star is because of the customer service I received from this 1 nail technician. I will not be returning. This lady was trying to convince me to get gel nail polish because she claims regular nail polish turns the nails yellow. (HER TONE WAS RUDE) So before gel, people’s nails were turning yellow? She was so offended that I wanted regular nail polish.
