I went to my appointment this morning and, while on the way, I messaged to let them know I would be about 5–10 minutes late. I arrived roughly 10 minutes after my scheduled time and was told they couldn’t see me because they were “too busy”—despite the lobby being completely empty. I had fasted for labs prior to this visit, and at the very least they could have offered to complete the lab work, but no accommodation was made.
