This was my worst experience dealing with a building representative. Carra Theodore was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. She repeatedly delayed our move-in application, avoided responding in a timely manner, and constantly postponed giving us any clear information. What made this experience even worse was her discriminatory behavior. The community is well-kept, the staff is friendly, and everything feels comfortable and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to call home.
I usually do not leave reviews. However, I had a horrible experience. I am leaving one star because of the LEASING OFFICE customer service. I applied for a unit and submitted all the necessary documents. However, they sent out emails that were a bit confusing to decipher. They sent multiple emails with links I couldn't open. Got an email at 6pm asking for ID verification by 8am the next morning or they’d cancel my tour (which was still two weeks away). I had plans that evening and a full day at work after. By the time I even saw the email, I’d already missed their window. No follow-up, no flexibility. Ask yourself: do you want a full year of this kind of energy?
