This place is amazing. We only had our 17 week old kitten for less then a month when we took a vacation that had been planned months ago. We were given a tour of the facility and the "Cat Room" and shown exactly where she would sleep and told how she would be tended to. I love the fact that cats are boarded separate from dogs.Hannah was patient,caring and understanding when we called to check in on our kittie over the course of our vacation like nervous parents leaving their baby for the 1st time. We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Evans and the staff. We were devastated when we discovered our cat of 14 years was diabetic. We feel Dr. Evans did everything he could to help our cat improve and have some quality of life. However, after two weeks we had to say goodbye to Mario. We appreciated Dr. Evans knowledge, skill and compassion, as well as the care and compassion we received from the staff. Highly recommend this facility!!
I cannot tell you how wonderful everyone at Inspirada Animal Hospital is - seriously words cannot express our gratitude! I was heartbroken when my vet (Dr. Dog retired) but thought I'd give this place a shot because it's near our home. Dr. Evans was able to find a miracle fix for my dog's severe allergies. Then just a couple of days ago, our dog and cat got into an altercation. I called the office at 9:00 p.m. because I was trying to figure out what after hours vet I needed to see. I bring "ALL" my fur babies to see Dr. Evans and Dr. Allen. The facility is clean, customer service is excellent, and I'm always in and out within 15 minutes. It's nice to have an animal hospital so close by that also offers grooming and boarding.
Both doctors Allen and Evans care about my dogs as if they were their own. So happy they opens the hospital.
