I've had two bad experiences here. 1st one was few yrs back (EMTALA) was turned away because of my insurance which was BS because the front desk girl had no clue how it worked. 2nd time my husband arrived literally 3mins before closing and was told they were close....ok no problem, will make sure never again to step foot there AGAIN!!

Today I went to Mullica Hill Urgent Care for the first and LAST time! No one in urgent care or in imaging TOLD ME TO RETURN TO U.C. AFTER MY X RAY!! Even the X-ray tech told me to “ go wait in lobby and someone will be with you shortly”. WTF- I’ve never been here before- how am I supposed to know where to wait unless they tell me!!! And no one in imaging even noticed that I came out of x Ray and took a seat when I should have been walking back to urgent care.
