Love the virtual doctor visit & the interface to gather information was convenient web-based and quick phone Q&A too. Plus there was doctor availability within days of the initial contact.
Just need a Rx refill, I come in on time and have to wait. Not sure why this couldn’t be done via teledoc or a phone call. Waste of my time.
I do not recommend this health care provider. I left a message on the proper line to get a medication refill, but after a week they have not done it. I have called the office to try to speak to someone and nobody will pick up. I am completely out of maintenance medication. Now I am having terrible side effects from not taking my medication. When my child was sick, phone wasn't answered promptly and I was on hold forever. Took her to urgent care and had a great experience. First of all, Dr Ukwu freaking ROCKS! I moved to the area in August and had seen a few physicians but decided to continue to search. I found Inspira online and went to see Dr Ukwu and that was it, he is now my primary care physician. Great bedside manner and he speaks to you human to human and truly cares about your health and wellness. Such a supportive and kind physician is hard to come by these days. This facility no longer does urgent care (appointments only - as of Dec 2021). I went here last year for urgent care and it was great. Hope they return as urgent care at some point.
