Tony is hands down the best! He is easy to work with, even willing to work Sunday's. He is very knowledgeable and honest. He will take his time with you and go over any questions that you have, taking you step by step. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection
Inspector Tony is the best! He did schooling to become an Inspector which is rare in Utah because anyone can get a license here--but Tony went far and beyond and did schooling for over a year and also is InterNACHI certified (where you need to pass exams and maintain credit hours, and a number of inspections to be in good standing), which makes Tony top notch in his industry. Tony does an amazing job and is extremely quick at getting the inspection report done. Getting the report back quick helps make my Job much easier! He even went back to the property to take additional photos that did not come through for whatever reason. Tony is the man!!!

Was so thorough! Even the owners of the home I'm buying were shocked and in awe of everything Tony inspected. Not to mention the knowledge he gave us at the end just to teach us about what we are buying. And I liked his thermal imaging options, I felt so much better knowing that the roof looked good, the electrical and the foundation.
