They are expensive. I wouldn't mind so much but they didn't get the job done. I left a message with the live person at their answering service for the owner to give me a call and he never called back. All I can say is that he must have felt guilty about the $408 check he cashed for showing up!

Jeremy was our technician here in hartford. He was very prompt. Price was reasonable. And service was great. We had a clog in our main drain. They had it out in no time.
