Called late Monday and talked to Michelle. Told her what I needed and she said someone could be out from 2 to 4pm that afternoon! She asked if anyone in the household was a veteran or a senior, there are discounts. So very nice to talk to. Jeremy arrived within the stated time and went right to work. Great guy, went over everything he was going to do, presented the estimate and was not pushy at all. So very impressed with the service provided. Will be calling them again for sure!
I asked this company to come out and give me an estimate for installing my washer & dryer (changing over to a gas line and installing a vent), which they did. They estimated the cost at $703. I was surprised at how high it was. I got an estimate from another company for $350, which sounded right. They were price gouging me. When they left, they got into their truck and then one of them got back out of the truck, knocked on my door and said, "We need $50 for the estimate." Upgraded entire house and sewer line from cast iron, restored basement bathroom to previous glory (last used 1987), sealed sump pit and new pump (unsealed and wrong pump since 1982). As a family we had planned and saved for this for 2 years and needed it done right. Well... Imagine you had pleasant family members who were passionate about plumbing and treated your home like it was their own.... Thats Clark and the guys. If the work matters, you want them doing it.
We had a plumbing emergency last week and contacted Inspector Plumber. The response was amazingly fast with Clark and Brian quickly addressing the issue. they were professional, pleasant, and courteous. I highly recommend these guys!
They are expensive. I wouldn't mind so much but they didn't get the job done. I left a message with the live person at their answering service for the owner to give me a call and he never called back. All I can say is that he must have felt guilty about the $408 check he cashed for showing up!
