Joe is amazing! We are in the process of buying a home that was built in 1952 and we were concerned about unforeseen issues. Joe was very thorough in the inspection. Tested absolutely everything to make sure it was in working order and up to code. We also had him do a pre-drywall inspection to make sure that everything was up to code prior to hanging the drywall. It gives us peace of mind knowing that the home was safe for us to move into. Highly recommend Joe! He took extra time to give us a run down of everything before he left. He had pictures of potential issues and everything was explained clearly in the report. Highly recommend Joe. He was very thorough and took high quality photos of all the potential issues regarding my future home. Very informative and knowledgeable and combined that with quick responses to all questions. I would definitely use his services again for any future home purchases.
Joe was great for my final inspection. Very knowledgeable, detailed, and thorough throughout the entire inspection. Had no issues explaining any questions I had throughout the process, caught several things that snuck past my eye, and had a same day inspection write up. If you want an inspector who is very detail oriented, tedious-eyed, and professional with his work definitely contract him out to be your inspector!
Joe has completed two inspections for us on multiple buildings. He always explains what he sees and is happy to answer any questions. He is honest and a wonderful person to work with. I highly recommend Inspector Fox.
