He took his time and used the whole 3 hours to thoroughly inspect the house from top to bottom. When he was done he went through his findings with us and explained everything in detail. He made sure that my wife knew exactly what he was looking at, and if there was a potential issue that could be resolved easily he walked her through the steps to get the job done.
