Daniel was an incredibly thorough and informative home inspector. He was meticulous in his report, and also made sure to give us an in person explanation beforehand to flag what the larger concerns were versus the many tiny details that would be in the report but shouldn't cause panic. Overall, I really appreciated working with him and would happily have him inspect any future home I consider purchasing.
Excellent service, was available on short notice, and came right on time. Very professional yet also very personable! Received the report the very next day. Definitely recommend this company!
They give an exhaustive list of what's wrong with your house suitable for purchase negotiations or proper maintenance. Super-professional. I got a 100 page report with tons of photos.
It was absolutely wonderful working with Daniel on our home inspection. He was thorough and answered every question we had. His report was so easy to read and understand. We will definitely be using him again in the future!
Very happy with this company. Thorough inspection including the pool and all the elements involved in that. Would definitely use them again if I buy another house soon.
