I am a first time homebuyer and went with Tom at TH Inspection. Tom answered quickly with a quote and was able to schedule my home right away. He was friendly, arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable. He kept me informed at each piece of the inspection. Took the time to explain issues in detail. He was thorough and took great photos of any issues. The report he provided was organized and very helpful. I would highly recommend Tom for any home inspection
I cannot thank Tom enough for his excellent and stellar home inspection services. We are first time home buyers and Tom was very quick to schedule and provide any answers needed prior to inspection day. Tom was great, even though recommended to walk with your inspector, he personally invited us to walk and talk with him so we may get all the information needed. With every new area in the home he would pause and ask if we had any questions. He was very thorough and I absolutely loved that he made sure to voice any problems aloud in the house!
My experience with the home Inspection and with our inspector Tom went amazingly. With this being my first time going through a home inspection Tom went out of his way to make sure any questions or concerns I had were addressed and was flexible with my schedule. Tom was amazing, he was on time and charged us the exact price he originally quoted. I am a contractor myself, and he was able to easily spot small clues, that turned out to be big issues. We are thankful for that! So happy we found him as it is hard to find an honest and thorough home inspector these days.
