Tom was professional and very informative about explaining everything he was doing and what he found that was of concern. He answered any questions I had and took his time making sure everything he needed to check with the home was complete! I will definitely hire him again if I decide to purchase another home. If you need someone fast and excellent at what he does, Tom is your go to person and he will have your report written and completed within 24 hours. Price is very reasonable! When I bought my house last year, I was referred to Tom for my home inspection and I was pleased that I went with him. He was very thorough and noticed things needing attention that I would not have known to look for. He was punctual and professional and I will call him again for future inspections. Tom was even available and helpful after the inspection answering questions for me that maybe didn’t pertain to his inspection, but he would give a thoughtful answer anyway.

Tom was absolutely great! My fiancé and I contacted him for 2 home inspections and one sewer inspection. He was very thorough with his work, the report was delivered in a timely manner and was very easy to read and understand. He was able to answer any questions my fiancé and I had during the inspections, his many years of experience absolutely show through his expansive knowledge in the field. Tom was also willing to work with our tight schedules. I would highly recommend Tom as a home inspector. Great guy all around!
