He took the time to explain everything and answer my questions without making anything feel overwhelming. He even finished early and had my report back to me incredibly quickly. Easily the best experience I’ve had with a home inspector. Highly recommend!
Words cannot describe how happy I am with Tom. He was very kind in explaining everything he inspected, he answered all of my questions, and was extremely thorough. He was prompt, professional, and every concern was addressed clearly and detailed in his report. I highly recommend his services to anyone needing a knowledgeable and reliable inspector. This is my third home purchase and he has been the best inspector I have worked with.
