Highly Recommend! Tom was super professional and thorough, not missing a detail. He walked us through his findings of the inspection and had written up an extremely detailed report that we will use to negotiate with the seller. He was punctual and extremely knowledgeable. Tom is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. In his inspection he takes his time and as he finds issues he explains it and how to correct it. His inspection report has pictures with written details of the issues. I am glad I had Tom as my inspector and would highly recommend him for anyone needing a home inspection.
