We are first time home buyers and Tom was very quick to schedule and provide any answers needed prior to inspection day. Tom was great, even though recommended to walk with your inspector, he personally invited us to walk and talk with him so we may get all the information needed. With every new area in the home he would pause and ask if we had any questions. He was very thorough and I absolutely loved that he made sure to voice any problems aloud in the house!
My experience with the home Inspection and with our inspector Tom went amazingly. Tom was professional and very informative about explaining everything he was doing and what he found that was of concern. He answered any questions I had and took his time making sure everything he needed to check with the home was complete! I will definitely hire him again if I decide to purchase another home.
