I cannot thank Tom enough for his excellent and stellar home inspection services. Tom was amazing, he was on time and charged us the exact price he originally quoted. I am a contractor myself, and he was able to easily spot small clues, that turned out to be big issues. Tom was professional and very informative about explaining everything he was doing and what he found that was of concern. When I bought my house last year, I was referred to Tom for my home inspection and I was pleased that I went with him. He was very thorough and noticed things needing attention that I would not have known to look for. He was punctual and professional and I will call him again for future inspections. Tom was even available and helpful after the inspection answering questions for me that maybe didn’t pertain to his inspection, but he would give a thoughtful answer anyway.
