Steve did my inspection and I cannot speak highly enough about his knowledge and service. Before even entering the house, he was looking at the exterior of the home with an investigative eye, pointing out things I didn't even notice related to the foundation and the roof. Learned a lot from him throughout the inspection.
Very professional and courteous. Took ample time to explain maintenance concerns and operational instructions within an extremely tight deadline. Highly recommended!

Tony Bohme did our inspection and he was fantastic to work with. He made it really easy to get this whole process done quickly. He did a thorough inspection, and left the house as he found it. The report was done the next day, which really helped since we have a very short closing timeline. Overall, he was very easy to work with. Tony Bohme was the inspector. Called before appointment, emailed a reminder and called on inspection day. He was on time, friendly,courteous and thorough. Helpful pointing out repairs needed. Reported completed and ready for review the next day. I will use Tony again.
Todd was such a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and shared some ideas on way to fix areas that need improvements. He took a genuine care in our investment of the home and displayed great professionalism. I would highly recommend Todd and Inspections Plus to anyone looking for a home inspection.
